Do you provide custom and OEM instruments outside Delhi?
Yes. Inteligenja HealthTech is based in Delhi and delivers custom and OEM instruments anywhere in India, with on-site installation and support through our engineers and service partners. For clients outside India we provide supply, project consultancy and remote support, with on-site visits by arrangement.
Can the solution be customised to our requirement?
Yes. We start with a site visit or a call, then specify OEM products and configuration to match your requirement, site and budget, and explain why we chose them.
What support do you give after installation?
Every installation includes handover training and warranty support. After that you can choose Warranty & installation, AMC, CMC, depending on how critical the system is.
