1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Inteligenja Solutech Pvt Ltd (“Solutech”) and Inteligenja HealthTech Infra Pvt. Ltd. (“HealthTech”), together “Inteligenja”, “we” or “us” collect and use personal data through www.inteligenja.com and its pages (the “website”). Solutech and HealthTech are separate companies in the same group. Each is responsible, as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), for the personal data you send to it.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us, or what is needed to run the website:
- Enquiry and quotation forms: name, organisation, email, phone number, city, the services or equipment you are interested in, and the details you type in.
- Service requests: name, organisation, phone, email, equipment or system details, asset or serial number, site location, preferred visit date and a description of the issue.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: the information you share when you contact us through these channels.
- Usage data: if you accept analytics cookies, anonymous information about how the website is used (pages visited, device type, approximate location by city, and how you arrived). See section 8.
We do not ask for sensitive data such as health records, financial account details or government ID numbers through this website. Please do not include patient information in forms.
3. Why we use your data
We use personal data only for these purposes:
- to reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations and proposals;
- to log, schedule and complete service, maintenance and calibration requests;
- to deliver, install and support equipment and services you buy from us;
- to share your enquiry between Solutech and HealthTech when you ask for an integrated project or when your request belongs with the other company;
- to keep records required by law, such as tax and invoicing records;
- to improve the website, if you have accepted analytics cookies.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
4. Consent and legal basis
When you submit a form or contact us, you give your consent for us to use the data for the purpose you contacted us about. Where you are an existing customer, we also process data as needed to perform our contract with you and to meet legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to the Grievance Officer (section 11). Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.
5. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with:
- Our group company (Solutech or HealthTech) for the purposes in section 3;
- Service providers who help us run the website and communicate with you, such as our web host, our form-delivery service, email and WhatsApp, and (if you accept them) Google Analytics. They process data on our instructions;
- OEMs, manufacturers and authorised service partners, where needed to supply, install, register warranty for, or service equipment you have bought;
- Government authorities, where the law requires it.
6. Transfers outside India
Some of our service providers, such as form-delivery, email and analytics services, may store or process data on servers outside India. Where this happens, we transfer data only as permitted under the DPDP Act and any restrictions notified by the Government of India.
7. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and generally no longer than 3 years after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer. Customer and service records are kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards for as long as tax, warranty and legal requirements need. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
8. Cookies and analytics
The website works without cookies. It may store small settings in your browser (for example, whether you accepted or declined analytics). If Google Analytics is enabled, a banner asks for your permission first, and analytics cookies are set only if you click “Accept”. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, or by clearing site data in your browser.
9. Security
The website uses HTTPS encryption. We limit access to personal data to staff and partners who need it, and we take reasonable security safeguards to prevent personal data breaches. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
10. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete or update your data;
- ask us to erase your data, where we no longer need it for the purpose or by law;
- withdraw your consent;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity;
- raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our response.
To use any of these rights, write to the Grievance Officer. We respond within 30 days.

This website is meant for businesses, institutions and adults arranging care. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
