1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of www.inteligenja.com (the “website”), operated by Inteligenja Solutech Pvt Ltd (“Solutech”) and Inteligenja HealthTech Infra Pvt. Ltd. (“HealthTech”), together “Inteligenja”, “we” or “us”. By using the website you agree to these terms. Each company is a separate legal entity, responsible only for its own products, services and quotations.
2. Information on the website
We work to keep the information on this website accurate and current. Descriptions of products, equipment lists, department lists, specifications and photographs are indicative only. Photographs may be representative and may not show the exact model supplied. Final specifications, brands and models are those confirmed in a written quotation or contract.
3. Quotations and orders
Forms, the project planner, the quote list and the combined project builder on this website are ways to send us a request. They are not orders, and the website does not show prices. A binding agreement exists only when a written quotation from Solutech or HealthTech is accepted in writing, or a purchase order is accepted by us. Prices, taxes, delivery, installation, payment and warranty terms are set out in that quotation or contract.
4. Integrated projects
When Solutech and HealthTech work on the same project, each company quotes, invoices and is responsible for its own scope of supply and services, unless a written agreement says otherwise. A single point of contact or project lead does not make one company liable for the other company’s scope.
5. Warranties and OEM products
Equipment we supply carries the manufacturer’s (OEM’s) warranty on the terms set by that manufacturer. Our own services, such as installation, AMC and CMC, are covered by the terms of the relevant quotation or contract. Response times shown on the website (for example in support plans) are typical targets; the binding response times are those written in your contract.
6. Rentals
Home care equipment on rent is provided under a separate rental agreement covering rental period, deposit, delivery, use, maintenance and return. Information about rentals on the website is a summary only.
7. Service requests
The service request page helps existing customers report issues. A reference number generated on the page is for tracking only. Service is provided according to your warranty, AMC or CMC terms, or on chargeable terms where no contract applies. For any situation that endangers patients or people, follow your institution’s emergency procedures; do not rely on the website alone.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by sending false, abusive or unlawful content through its forms, attempting to break its security, or copying its content for commercial use without permission.
9. Intellectual property
The website’s text, design, graphics and logos belong to Inteligenja or its licensors. Product names and trademarks of manufacturers belong to their owners and are used only to describe the products we supply.
10. Links to other websites
The website links to services such as WhatsApp, email and other websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those services.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Inteligenja is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, information on this website. Our liability for products and services we supply is governed by the quotation or contract for that supply.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the website, unless a contract between you and us states otherwise.
